Before you complete an application, please be sure you have read the Grant Guidelines and that your proposal falls under one of the project categories that is eligible for funding.

Application Process

The PeopleForBikes grant process is online. We do not accept mailed or emailed applications. Please read the following instructions carefully.

The PeopleForBikes (PFB) Community Grant application has two parts:

1. Letter of Interest: Interested applicants should submit an online letter of interest (LOI) through the PFB website. LOIs will include basic information about the applying organization and contact person, as well as an overview of the project proposed for funding.
2. Full Application: PFB will request a full project application from a short list of qualified applicants. Invited organizations will receive access to the online application.

We do not accept emailed, mailed or faxed applications. All applicants must utilize our online grant application system. The link to the online letter of interest application will be live when a grant cycle is open. If you are looking at this outside the window when we are accepting letters of interest, you will not find a link and we are not accepting applications.

PeopleForBikes is reviewing our Community Grant program and process. We do not have any open grant cycles scheduled at this time. More information will available on this section of our website soon.
